Testimonials

Special liberty project gives a safe and comfortable environment for all levels of hunters. I personally have never hunted before Jessica and Cory reached out to me and offered for me to come along with their program! They provide wonderful activities for the children like archery and crafts as well as teaching them to prep the animals brought back from the hunt for those brave enough. The hunts for the retired/ medically retired veterans have always been down to earth and never a pressured or forced feeling. Special liberty project gives the hunters the opportunity to make new connections with the other veterans and help each other not only with hunting, but in other aspects of our lives as well. I am forever grateful to Corey and Jessica for forming special liberty project. It is a phenomenal organization that is all about the well-being of the veterans that come along! Kyle Beddow

Special Liberty Project is an amazing organization who put copious hours into pulling gold star families and wounded warriors out of the struggles they face. The camaraderie provided helps strengthen the notorious military bond. The activities vary from shooting bows with Gold Star Children, to wine tasting and artwork, to hunting and fishing. These activities target exactly what the participants love to do. Thank you staff members for all your hard work and warm hearts. Adam Emfield
